Unmanned Helicopter

Introduction

Unmanned helicopter is one of the hot research fields of aviation. By radio remote control devices or onboard computer control system, unmanned helicopter has some advantages, such as structure precision, low cost, reliability and performing complex tasks. Unmanned helicopter integrates the most advanced flight dynamics, composite materials with light weight and high strength, micro-electromechanical sensors, computers and geographic information systems, precision machinery and automation control technology, which reflects the development of aviation technology in the 21st century, and has broad application prospects. Nanotech center has successfully developed a series of unmanned helicopter and its remote control airborne systems applied to various fields of military and civilian.

Applications:

  • Defense/Military: electronic relay communications, military reconnaissance and destruction, deploy task of ships, electronic counter warfare, simulated target aircraft exercises, marking the target location, mine detection;
  • Transportation / Environmental Protection: land aerial remote sensing, coast guard surveillance, traffic monitoring, forest parks observation, atmospheric environmental monitoring, aerial photogrammetry;

  • Agriculture, Fisheries / Business: communications data relaying, high-voltage transmission cleaning, agricultural spraying seeds, etc.
